We're looking for a passionate and creative native-level English speaker to join our team as an English and Biology Teacher for students aged 12–15. In this full-time role, you’ll inspire curiosity and support student growth through inquiry, interdisciplinary projects, and real-world connections.

About Us
Duhovka Middle School offers Czech - English education based learning in context with an emphasis on social skills, individual attention, hands-on experience and a prepared environment. The entire Middle School is designed to build life skills, as well as preparation for transition to any high school.
What You’ll Do
Create an engaging, supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and critical thinking.
Collaborate on designing and implementing curriculum for English Language and Biology following Montessori principles.
Support students aged 12 - 15 years in their learning, developing their English language skills as well as their learning, social, and communication competencies.
Provide regular feedback on progress to students and parents.
Collaborate with teachers across subjects to develop cross-curricular experiences.
Participate actively in school life, including trips, workshops, and community events.
What We’re Looking For
Native English speaker
Proven experience in teaching English at the Elementary or High school level
Background in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Studies
Bachelor’s degree
Passion for alternative education and interest in Montessori philosophy
Willingness for long-term cooperation

What We Offer
