‘Return to Work’ programme
Our Customer Service Senior Specialist with German deals with customers complaints and questions, provides information about products and services, coordinates and follows up on the actions via calls, e-mails or customer platforms.
What will you be doing:
Receive questions/information requests and identifies the contact’s specific needs (via call or ticketing tool) with a sense of urgency through various channels and according to quality standards
Research the contact’s issue/question in the knowledge database, interpret guidelines/procedures, and identify the best solution/answer
Proactively flag issues and escalations to the line manager or subject matter expert and work on the solution
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Participate in the projects to support the various business areas. And proposing and implementing policy and process improvements
What you will bring:
Fluent in English and German (These languages are a must)
Customer Service or Admin experience is an advantage
Excel and PowerPoint skills
Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects
Work in a multi-cultural environment – Our Prague office is 70% expat
