Our Customer Service Senior Specialist with German deals with customers complaints and questions, provides information about products and services, coordinates and follows up on the actions via calls, e-mails or customer platforms.

What will you be doing:  

  • Receive questions/information requests and identifies the contact’s specific needs (via call or ticketing tool) with a sense of urgency through various channels and according to quality standards

  • Research the contact’s issue/question in the knowledge database, interpret guidelines/procedures, and identify the best solution/answer

  • Proactively flag issues and escalations to the line manager or subject matter expert and work on the solution

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Participate in the projects to support the various business areas. And proposing and implementing policy and process improvements

What you will bring:

  • Fluent in English and German (These languages are a must)

  • Customer Service or Admin experience is an advantage

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects

  • Work in a multi-cultural environment – Our Prague office is 70% expat
